The Department of Biochemistry offers MSc and PhD degree programs in both Biochemistry and Food Science. The programs are designed to equip students with the knowledge and experience required of modern researchers. The research specializations of our faculty encompass different frontiers of metabolic regulation and nutritional biochemistry; food science, food engineering and marine biotechnology; molecular and cell biology.
- MSc – Bachelor’s degree (minimum second class) in an appropriate area of study
- PhD – Master’s degree in an appropriate area of study
