Regent\u2019s University is only the second institution in the UK that was granted the status of a private university.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-4\">\n<div id=\"crt-22\" class=\"ezflad-47\">If English is not your first language then you will need to show that your English language skills are at a high enough level to succeed in your studies.The Regent\u2019s University London is currently accepting applications for The Dean of Humanities, Arts &amp; Social Sciences Excellence Scholarship for September intake only.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>May 31, 2018<\/div>\n<p><strong>Degree Level:\u00a0<\/strong>Scholarships are available to pursue undergraduate programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Degree Level:\u00a0<\/strong>Scholarships are available to pursue undergraduate programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Available Subject:<\/strong>\u00a0The Dean of Humanities, Arts &amp; Social Science\u2019s Excellence Scholarship applies to the following programs<\/p>\n<h3>Requirements:-<\/h3>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-6\">The scholarship is not available to students in the first year of a degree programme with integrated foundation. However, Regent\u2019s students enrolled in a degree programme with the integrated foundation are eligible to apply for the Vice Chancellor\u2019s Excellence Scholarship once they have commenced their foundation-level studies. If successful, the scholarship would then apply to their degree-level studies.<\/div>\n<p>The scholarship is not available to transfer students or students who join a degree programme with advanced standing.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-8\">Scholarships and bursaries are limited to one award per student, with the highest value scholarship or bursary applying in such cases where one student is eligible to receive more than one award.<\/div>\n<h3>How To Apply:-<\/h3>\n<p>To enter the competition for the 2018\/19 Dean of Humanities, Arts &amp; Social Sciences Excellence Scholarship, you should achieve at least three Bs at A-level (or the international equivalent) and follow the guidelines for your chosen subject below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fashion &amp; Design<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BA (Hons) Fashion Design, BA (Hons) Fashion Design with Marketing and BA (Hons) Interior Design applicants<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit a portfolio of art and design work (electronically, if possible), including research and sketchbook material<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AND<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explain in 300 words why you wish to study fashion and design at Regent\u2019s University London<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BA (Hons) Fashion marketing applicants<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and write a critical and analytical essay of 1,000 words on the following topic:\n<ul>\n<li>Choose a luxury fashion brand. Explore how they have used modern technology to market fashion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AND<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explain in 300 words why you wish to study fashion marketing at Regent\u2019s University London<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Film, Media &amp; Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BA (Hons) Acting &amp; World Theatre applicants<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and write a critical and analytical essay of 1,000 words on the following topic:\n<ul>\n<li>\u2018Theatre is a meeting point, a crossroads of cultures.\u2019 Discuss the validity of this statement, referring to specific practitioners or theatre practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AND<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explain in 300 words why you wish to study acting and world theatre at Regent\u2019s University London<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BA (Hons) Film, TV &amp; Digital Media Production applicants<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write a 1,000-word treatment for a new television project \u2013 fiction, documentary or light entertainment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AND<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explain in 300 words why you wish to study film, TV and digital media production at Regent\u2019s University London<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BA (Hons) Screenwriting &amp; producing applicants<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write a five-page script on a subject of your own choosing.
