For more information about admission requirements, check the Program Rules.<\/li>\n<li>Complete a range of courses from one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering. Each field of study has a huge number of courses to choose from, which cover a diversity of relevant topics.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake a research project in the broad fields of electrical, computer systems, software or mechatronics engineering. You&#8217;ll be expected to systematically plan and manage your project, and to clearly present your findings and what they contribute to your field.<\/li>\n<li class=\"last\">Benefit from a program that offers a flexible study plan. For other English Language Proficiency Tests and Scores approved for UQ,\u00a0view the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/future-students.uq.edu.au\/node\/214\/international\">English proficiency policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visa requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"template-text\">International students who are accepted into full-time study in the\u00a0<span class=\"sinet-field\">Master of Engineering Science<\/span>\u00a0are eligible to apply for an Australian student visa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"template-text\">The Australian Government has simplified the visa application process.
