- The research is highly translational, with “bench to bedside” science built directly into the physical infrastructure.
- Most faculty mentors have a passion for cancer research, not just from an academic perspective, but because they understand that their research represents hope for so many patients.
- An education in Biochemistry and cancer biology will not limit potential but will broaden horizons. Meaningful understanding of Cancer and translation of this knowledge to the clinic requires collaboration between numerous disciplines.
