5. Courses and Attendance
Course schedules, trainers, classrooms, batches and delivery methods may reasonably change where required for operational reasons.
Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes and participating in the programme.
A scheduled class that is conducted and made available to a student may be treated as a delivered class even if the student does not attend.
6. No Guaranteed Results
SARV Group provides education, training and consultancy services.
Unless expressly stated in writing, SARV Group does not guarantee:
- a particular IELTS or examination score;
- employment or salary;
- university admission;
- scholarship;
- visa approval;
- immigration outcome; or
- any decision controlled by a third party.
Results can depend on the student’s performance, eligibility, documents and decisions of independent organisations.
7. Study-Abroad and Consultancy Services
Universities, colleges, examination bodies, embassies, governments and visa authorities make their own independent decisions.
SARV Group may provide guidance and assistance but does not control those decisions.
Third-party fees and charges are subject to the respective third party’s terms and refund policies.
