The University of Kassel is offering International Scholarships for students who wish to take part in the ISU-courses.

The University of Kassel is a university founded in 1971 located in Kassel, Hesse, in Germany. As of October 2013, it had about 23,000 students and more than 2,600 staff, including 307 professors.

The candidate should have a very good command of English language. Therefore, the application should be written in English.

Application Deadline: March 18, 2018
Course Level: Scholarships are available for students who wish to take part in the ISU-courses.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in the field of Engineering and Nano Science.

If you want to learn more about future communications systems, this programme is for you. It mainly focuses on future communications networks and the problems and challenges these will entail.The programme deals with issues affecting computer networks, the internet, mobile systems, cloud communications, software defined networks (SDN), user-perceived service quality (QoE), network-based services and research methodology. You will acquire the knowledge necessary for qualified development work within the industry and a basis for research studies through technical knowledge and analytical skills. You will meet and collaborate with researchers within telecommunication systems and acquire a good understanding of the field.The programme consists of 120 credits and leads to a two-year Master’s degree.

Requirements:-

Admission to the programme requires Bachelor’s Degree (180 credit points) with one of the main areas of electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, information system or computer engineering. Bachelor’s degree must include 15 credit points in mathematics, 7.5 credit in data communications/tele communications, where basic layer 2 and 3 communication (TCP/IP) is included, object-oriented programming and English B/English 6.

Specific eligibility in the English language from upper secondary school for non-Swedish students:
TOEFL 575/90; IELTS 6,5 no section below 5.5, or University of Cambridge and Oxford tests.

Exemption will be given for the requirement: basic layer 2 and 3 communication (TCP/IP).

This Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering program is jointly awarded by Technical University of Munich (TUM) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The program is conducted in Singapore at TUM Asia. TUM Asia is TUM’s only offshore campus that is situated in the heart of Asia – Singapore. TUM Asia is a full subsidiary of TUM and is an international extension of TUM, to provide TUM degrees in Asia, in cooperation with top Asian universities like NTU.

This joint degree serves to provide graduates with an in-depth knowledge in the field of Aerospace Engineering, focusing in the areas of aeronautical and space design and research.

The Department of Chemical Engineering was founded in 1912 and undergraduate degrees were first formally taught from 1937.

Explore the art of fine food with AUT’s new Master of Gastronomy. This multifaceted postgraduate program takes an in-depth look into the study of food, food culture, food history and food politics throughout this multifaceted degree.

Applicants must meet degree standard entry requirements. Approved bridging programmes include the EIT Applied Diploma in Business and New Zealand Diploma in Business or provisional entry without prerequisites for those over 20 years.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Students are required to have attained an acceptable level of English Language fluency. This may be demonstrated in a variety of ways, including successful study in English, approved scores on TOEFL or IELTS (6.0 Academic) tests, completion of accepted international equivalents, or completion of an EIT assessment.

ENTRY WITH CREDIT

You may already have some knowledge or skills that can be recognised as part of your intended study. This may take a number of different forms including study while at high school, study at a private training establishment, workplace training, other tertiary study, life experiences or voluntary work. If you think you qualify, you may want to apply for Cross Credit or Recognition of Prior Learning.

The Master of Health Science programme is tailored for health managers and health practitioners, specifically those working for DHBs, PHOs, the fitness industry and sports organisations, as well as social workers, community care workers and allied health practitioners.

You will expand your knowledge within an inter-disciplinary learning environment and develop skills in critical analysis, constructive synthesis, and advanced practice and research within your chosen discipline area.
