Pharmacists have specialized knowledge of medicines, ranging from their discovery, chemistry, synthesis, and manufacture to how they work in the body, how they can improve or cure disease, and how to determine if they are working well for a patient.
Requirements:-
- have completed 60 credits of transferable post-secondary coursework within 10 years of the intake session’s start date (e.g. if applying for Fall 2018 intake, prerequisites completed Fall 2008 onward are acceptable);
- meet a minimum core average of 65%, or 2.50 GPA on a 4-pt scale, calculated on all attempts at first-year prerequisites (Biology, Chemistry, English, and Mathematics [Calculus]);
- meet a minimum overall average of 65%, or 2.50 GPA on a 4-pt scale, calculated on the last 30 credits of coursework completed;
- be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada; and
