All graduate studies (for the Master and PhD) at our department are coordinated by the Bonn Cologne Graduate School of Physics and Astronomy (BCGS). Fields of specialization are: Theoretical and Experimental Particle, Astroparticle and Nuclear Physics, Photonics and Condensed Matter Physics. In addition, courses broadening the expertise into neighbouring related fields enable the students to comprehend interdisciplinary contexts.

Academic/Other Requirements
A Bachelor degree in physics or equivalent is required.
