Effective Date: 25 August 2026
SARV Group provides educational, training, counselling and study-abroad consultancy services, including IELTS, Spoken English, computer courses, admission guidance and related services.
By registering for a course or service and making payment, the candidate confirms that they have reviewed the applicable course/service details, fees and refund terms before making payment.
1. Course & Training Fees
Once a student’s registration is confirmed and a seat, batch, trainer, course access or other resources have been allocated, the fee is generally non-refundable in cases of:
-
Change of mind or personal preference
-
Voluntary withdrawal from the course
-
Non-attendance or irregular attendance
-
Relocation or change of personal circumstances
-
Choosing another institute or service provider
-
Failure to attend scheduled classes
-
Failure to achieve the student’s desired learning outcome
A class that has been scheduled, conducted and made available to the student will be considered a delivered service even if the student does not attend.
2. Consultancy & Study-Abroad Services
Consultancy/service fees relate to the professional work performed by SARV Group, including counselling, course/university selection, application assistance, document review, application preparation and related support, as applicable.
Once such services have commenced, fees relating to work already performed are generally non-refundable.
Admission, scholarship, visa and other decisions made by universities, governments, examination bodies or other third parties are outside SARV Group’s control. Rejection or an unfavourable decision by a third party does not automatically create a right to refund SARV Group’s service fee.
3. Third-Party Payments
Fees paid to universities, colleges, examination bodies, embassies, governments, visa authorities, courier companies or other third parties are subject to the respective organisation’s refund policy.
SARV Group cannot guarantee or override a third party’s refund decision.
4. When a Refund May Apply
If SARV Group permanently cancels a paid service and is unable to provide a reasonable alternative, or fails to provide a material portion of a service for reasons attributable to SARV Group, the applicable refund, if any, will be determined with reference to the portion of the service that was not provided and applicable law.
5. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to SARV Group with:
-
Candidate’s full name
-
Registered course/service
-
Payment/transaction details
-
Date of payment
-
Reason for the request
Each request will be reviewed according to the applicable terms, services already provided and applicable law.
6. Payment Gateway Charges
Where a refund is approved, any amount actually refundable will be calculated in accordance with this policy and applicable law. Payment gateway, banking or third-party charges that are non-recoverable by SARV Group may be treated in accordance with the applicable transaction terms and law.
7. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
If a candidate raises a payment dispute or chargeback, SARV Group may provide the payment gateway, bank or relevant authority with appropriate records, including:
-
Registration form and accepted terms
-
Payment and transaction records
-
Course/service details
-
Attendance records
-
Class schedules
-
Communication records
-
Proof of counselling/application/service delivery
-
Invoices and receipts
A payment dispute does not by itself establish that a refund is payable.
8. No Waiver of Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
SARV Group reserves the right to review individual cases fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
