⚠️ Registration Terms & Conditions

Fees & Registration: Registration is confirmed once payment is received and a seat, batch, trainer or service is allocated.
Cancellation by Student: Once registration is confirmed or the course/service has commenced, fees are non-refundable for voluntary withdrawal, change of mind, non-attendance, relocation, personal circumstances or choosing another institute/service provider, subject to applicable law.
Missed Classes: A class conducted and made available to the student shall be treated as delivered even if the student is absent. Missed classes do not qualify for refund or individual replacement.
Schedule Changes: SARV Group may reasonably change trainers, batches, timings, classrooms or mode of delivery. Such changes shall not by themselves constitute cancellation of the course.
Cancellation by SARV: If SARV Group permanently discontinues a paid service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, any entitlement for the unprovided portion will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Results Not Guaranteed: SARV Group does not guarantee examination scores, IELTS bands, employment, admission, scholarships or visa outcomes. An unfavourable third-party decision does not entitle the candidate to refund for services already provided.
Payment Disputes: In any refund request, bank dispute or chargeback, SARV Group may provide the registration acceptance, payment records, attendance, communications and evidence of services provided/made available to the payment gateway, bank or competent authority.
Acceptance: By submitting this form and/or making payment, the candidate/parent confirms that the above terms, course/service details and applicable fees were available for review and accepted before payment.
