1. Cancellation by the Student
A candidate may request cancellation of their registration or service by contacting SARV Group in writing.
However, cancellation of a registration does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Once registration is confirmed, a seat/batch/trainer has been allocated, or the service has commenced, SARV Group may have already committed staff time, resources and administrative costs.
Accordingly, fees are generally non-refundable where cancellation is due to:
- Change of mind
- Personal circumstances
- Relocation
- Non-attendance
- Change in study plans
- Choosing another institution
- Failure to continue the course
- Failure to attend scheduled classes
2. Cancellation Before Service Commencement
Where a cancellation request is received before the relevant service has commenced, SARV Group may review the request on a case-by-case basis, taking into account any work already performed, resources committed and applicable law.
Approval of any refund is not automatic.
3. Cancellation After Service Commencement
Once classes, counselling, application processing, document review or another registered service has commenced or has been made available, fees relating to services already provided or committed are generally non-refundable.
4. Class Cancellation or Rescheduling by SARV Group
SARV Group may reschedule, postpone or change a class, trainer, batch, classroom or mode of delivery when reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, trainer availability, holidays, weather, government directions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, SARV Group will provide an alternative class, schedule or mode of delivery.
A reasonable rescheduling or alternative arrangement will not by itself constitute cancellation of the student’s course.
5. Permanent Cancellation by SARV Group
If SARV Group permanently cancels a paid course/service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, SARV Group will address the applicable refund, if any, for the unprovided portion in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
6. Study-Abroad & Consultancy Cancellation
Cancellation of a student’s university application, visa application or study-abroad plan does not automatically cancel SARV Group’s consultancy charges.
Work already completed, including counselling, university/course selection, document review, application preparation, submission assistance and related services, may remain chargeable.
Third-party fees remain subject to the respective third party’s policies.
7. Chargebacks
Candidates are requested to contact SARV Group first regarding any payment or service concern.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, SARV Group may submit relevant registration, payment, attendance, communication and service-delivery records to the payment gateway, bank or relevant authority.
8. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits any mandatory rights available to a consumer under applicable law.
SARV Group reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
