The Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) is a scientific initiative of seven of Catalonia’s research centres of excellence whose objective is to increase their levels of collaboration in order to build together a joint scientific project.The Master of Multisiciplinary Research in Experimental Sciences is organized by Pompeu Fabra University and Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology. This master is designed to provide outstanding students with the skills and abilities needed to thrive in an increasingly interdisciplinary contemporary research environment. A key feature of the program is in-depth hands-on research training in multiple fields.

The New Zealand Aid Programme offers several different types of scholarship.  There are four types of scholarships for full-time tertiary level study in New Zealand:

  • • New Zealand Pacific Scholarships
  • • New Zealand Development Scholarships
  • • New Zealand ASEAN Scholarships
  • • New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarships

Levels/Fields of study:

Depending on the country you are from, New Zealand Scholarships are available for the following level of studies: Postgraduate Certificate (6 months), Postgraduate Diploma (1 year), Masters Degree (1 – 2 years) or PhD (up to 3.5 years).

Preferred fields of study are those that are most relevant to the development needs of your country (i.e. renewable energy, agriculture development, disaster risk management, private sector development, public sector development).  Find out the preferred subjects for your country.

Requirements:-

Be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of commencing your scholarship.

• Be a citizen of the country from which you are applying for a scholarship and have resided in that country for at least the last two years.

• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any the following countries: New Zealand, Australia, Israel, South Korea, Japan, USA, any European Union country, Qatar, United Kingdom, Canada, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. (Note: This criteria does not apply to people from Niue, Cook Islands, Tokelau who are New Zealand citizens, and it also does not apply to NZ-Samoan dual citizens.)

• Meet the Immigration requirements for a student visa to New Zealand or the Pacific country you will study in (i.e. medical checks, etc.).

• Meet the academic entry requirements (including English language ability) for your preferred programme of study and institution. Refer to the website of your preferred institution to confirm entry requirements.

• Have at least one year full time (two-year’s part time) work experience relevant to your career and/or preferred qualification unless you are applying straight from school or during my first year of tertiary study (for countries offered undergraduate study).

• Intend to return to your home country for a minimum of two years on completion of the scholarship.

How To Apply:-

Applications can be done online or paper-based depending on your country. Applicants from countries that are eligible for both online or paper-based applications, can apply from 1 February until 14 March 2018 (12pm NZ Time) while applicants from eligible countries that can only apply online can do so from 15 February until 28 March 2018 (12pm NZ Time). For New Zealand Commonwealth scholarships, only paper applications are accepted from 1 February to 28nMarch 2018.  Read the application schedule to know which countries can apply during which application period.

The University of Kassel is offering International Scholarships for students who wish to take part in the ISU-courses.

The University of Kassel is a university founded in 1971 located in Kassel, Hesse, in Germany. As of October 2013, it had about 23,000 students and more than 2,600 staff, including 307 professors.

The candidate should have a very good command of English language. Therefore, the application should be written in English.

This Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering program is jointly awarded by Technical University of Munich (TUM) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The program is conducted in Singapore at TUM Asia. TUM Asia is TUM’s only offshore campus that is situated in the heart of Asia – Singapore. TUM Asia is a full subsidiary of TUM and is an international extension of TUM, to provide TUM degrees in Asia, in cooperation with top Asian universities like NTU.

This joint degree serves to provide graduates with an in-depth knowledge in the field of Aerospace Engineering, focusing in the areas of aeronautical and space design and research.

The program is jointly taught by academia from NTU and TUM, who have extensive experience in the latest trends in research and education as well as in global industrial product development and management. The non-technical subjects are taught by experts from the industry, from Asia and Europe alike. Lectures will be held across TUM Asia‘s and NTU‘s campuses in Singapore. This program prepares you to work in the design and production of high-quality manufactured goods. The topics covered include:

You will select some specialty electives in your last term. This specialization completes your training by providing deeper insight into areas of technology that are of interest to you. These areas of specialization have been developed to help meet the needs of industry.

The Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma has been accredited by the following:

  • Certified Technicians and Technologists Association of Manitoba
  • Canadian Council of Technicians and Technologists, providing Canada-wide reciprocity with other provincial organizations

Prior to starting the program, you will be invited to attend a program overview information session. You will also be invited to participate in a math and reading skills diagnostic testing session that will advise you of your program readiness.

    • Grade 12 Physics is much more highly recommended than Grade 12 Chemistry as an appropriate background for technology
    • Due within 30 days of applying. However, if you apply within six weeks of the start date of the program, this item is due within 5 days of applying.
    • If you provide proof of enrolment, your official final grades indicating successful completion must be submitted by July 15 for fall enrolment or by the deadline specified in your admission letter
    • If you completed your education outside of Canada or the United States, do not submit your international academic credentials until requested to do so.  See Regular Admission Requirement 2 for more information.
  2. English Language Requirements (ELRs)
    • If you were educated outside of Canada or the United States, submit results of an English language proficiency assessment (ELPA) indicating you meet the following ELRs:
