- A seat is confirmed only after full payment and the signed declaration form (with parent consent for under-18s) are submitted.

2. Eligibility
- Only enrolled Sarv Group students can join.
- Participants under 18 need written consent from a parent or guardian. Participants aged 18 and above sign the declaration themselves.
- Students with a heart condition, asthma, epilepsy, or a recent surgery or injury need a doctor’s fitness note.

3. No Refund Policy

4. Cancellation or Changes by Sarv Group
- If Sarv Group cancels the trip before departure, the fee will be adjusted against the rescheduled trip or a future Sarv Group trip.
- Weather, landslides, road blocks, snowfall, or government or temple orders may force changes. There is no refund for services not used, and any extra cost will be shared by the students.
- The Trip Leader may stop the trek or send a student back for safety reasons. No refund is given in that case.
- Extra night: in unavoidable situations (bad weather, landslides, road closures), the trip may be extended by one night for everyone’s safety. The extra stay and meal charges will be shared by the students.

- The student will pay for any damage they cause. Indiscipline or bullying may lead to removal without refund.
6. Health, Safety & Liability

- Sarv Group will take all reasonable care. It is not responsible for injury, illness, accident, delay or loss caused by nature, outside service providers or the student’s own carelessness.
- Only basic first aid is provided. Medical, evacuation and extra travel costs will be paid by the participant (or parent, for under-18s).
- We advise participants to take personal accident or medical insurance.
